The Lord is Good

The United Pentecostals in Platte City are excited for what the Lord is doing. The year is more than half over and we are still growing in grace and truth. Home Missions is an exciting life filled with reaching out to new people to introduce them to the Lord Jesus Christ. Many services, events, outreaches, Bible Studies and times of fellowship have been accomplished in His name. His mission is truly our purpose. When you join with us you will see that we could not be where we are without Jesus Christ and the support of Mission minded people. What is our Mission? To go out into the hiways and the biways and compel them to come in. We are busy in a busy world who doesnt always have time to focus on Jesus. It is a trick of the enemy to become adjusted to moving about in the dark. We are thankful for Pastor Gary Dornbach, our North American Missions Sectional director, for hosting a celebration in honor of NAM pastors,recently. It is an honor to be counted among the four in our district. We look forward to this next half of the year and the opportunities we know we will have.
